We believe that each employee contributes directly to Franwell’s growth and success. With this in mind, your opportunities are greatly enhanced with financial incentives including competitive salaries plus bonuses and commissions. Bonuses and commissions are dependent on position and length of employment.

Benefits available to full-time employees*

  • Vacation – Upon initial eligibility you are entitled to ten (10) vacation days each year.
  • Holidays - New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. In addition to the recognized holidays previously listed, Franwell may schedule three (3) floating holidays in each year.
  • Health Insurance - Franwell’s health insurance plan provides employees and their dependents access to medical insurance benefits. Franwell pays for the employee’s portion of health coverage.
